Head of Demand Generation & Growth (Remote within Europe) EBC has been appointed to find a hands‑on Head of Demand Generation & Growth to design, build, and scale a new in‑house B2B growth engine. This role is responsible for new revenue acquisition and expansion, owning global multi‑channel demand generation across SEO/SEM, paid media, email/lifecycle, and ABM. The Head of will build a new Demand Generation team, define the growth model, run the channels, and deliver measurable pipeline results at a Group level and for each of their global divisions. This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who loves building a modern demand engine and would suit a Demand Generation Growth leader who is comfortable being very hands‑on and who is used to being immersed in data. This role can be a fully remote role within Europe, where occasional travel to London and/or Paris will be required. Responsibilities 1. Own and scale the global demand generation engine Define and execute the global demand generation strategy across SEO, SEM, paid media, email/lifecycle, retargeting, and ABM. Build a scalable and predictable pipeline. Lead the planning, forecasting, and budget allocation for all acquisition channels. Own and optimize core demand generation channels and conversion flows. Reduce CAC across core channels. 3. Build and lead the growth team Hire, mentor, and grow a high‑performance in‑house acquisition team. Build operating systems, playbooks, and quarterly planning motions that scale. Launch and scale ABM programs for top accounts. Partner with Product Marketing to ensure tight ICP‑message fit. 5. Orchestrate full‑funnel GTM alignment Partner with Sales to ensure persona alignment. Work with Divisional Marketing to translate group strategy into tailored divisional plays. Collaborate with RevOps on funnel definitions, dashboards, attribution, and forecasting. 6. Accelerate efficiency through AI & automation Implement AI agents for content generation, targeting, optimization, and analytics. Experience 5+ years in B2B SaaS, tech, or high‑growth digital environments leading demand generation or growth marketing. Proven track record of delivering pipeline at scale through multi‑channel acquisition. Hands‑on mastery of SEO/SEM, paid acquisition, email/lifecycle marketing, personalization, and conversion optimization. Experience designing and scaling ABM motions in partnership with enterprise sales. Strong capability in attribution, CAC optimization, funnel analytics, and experimentation. Demonstrated ability to build teams from scratch and create operating models that scale across geographies/divisions. Comfortable working in transformation environments with evolving tools and processes. Experience collaborating with RevOps, Sales, and Product Marketing in a unified GTM ecosystem. Strong communicator with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
