Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in gevel- en straatoplossingen zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Development Manager Internationaal. In deze functie ben jij de voortrekker die nieuwe markten verkent, waardevolle zakelijke relaties ontwikkelt en wereldwijd impact maakt op belangrijke bouwprojecten.Wat ga je doen?Verkennen van nieuwe markten en signaleren van commerciële kansen in landen waar het bedrijf nog niet actief isOntwikkelen van strategische exportplannen en omzetten naar concrete actiesOpbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met dealers, partners en internationale key accountsLeiden van het volledige verkoopproces, van prospectie tot facturatie en after-salesSamenwerken met marketing, productmanagement, productie en binnendienst om klantgerichte oplossingen te realiserenWat verwachten wij van jou?Bachelor- of masterdiploma met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in business development, bij voorkeur internationaalVloeiend in Engels, Frans en Duits; extra talen zijn een plusSterke netwerk-, onderhandelings- en relatievaardighedenZelfstandig, strategisch en proactiefBereidheid om regelmatig internationaal te reizenWat bieden wij jou?Bruto maandsalaris tussen €4.500 en €7.000, afhankelijk van ervaringBedrijfswagen met tankkaart en extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, eco-cheques, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekeringInternationale rol met veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheidOpleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen business development en internationale salesWerken aan betekenisvolle projecten die bijdragen aan een duurzame leefomgeving
