IT Administrator - Your Role Act as the primary point of contact for internal colleagues for all ICT-related questions and support needs. Provide first- and second-line IT support , both on-site and remotely, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Manage user access rights, identification documents, and application permissions in line with security and operational requirements. Coordinate and execute the rollout of new hardware, including laptops, peripherals, and workplace setups. Oversee daily IT system operations as a system administrator, ensuring stability, performance, and security. IT Administrator - Your Profile Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and Windows Server (2016 | 2019 | 2022). Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based environments. Basic understanding of networking principles and infrastructure. Experience or strong interest in working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft SharePoint. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Fluent in Dutch, with an excellent command of English for daily professional communication.
