Ticket management and resolving incoming service requests. The logging of issues reported by the customers. Training/guidance of the customers before, during and after the construction process using; kick-off meetings, hardware and software training and the acceptance test. Supporting customers during the commissioning process, technically checking the inverter installation and making corrections if necessary. You are the interface between the customers and the R&D team to resolve any issue. Responsible for supporting second and third-line support. Responsible for technical support of customers or partners, independently or together with a technical support team. On-site support in case of major or critical issues that cannot be resolved by the customer or local subcontractor. Responsible for monitoring the quality of the on-site operation, providing quality analyses and improvement processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, Science and Engineering background is preferred; Minimum 1 year working experiences in relevant PV/Inverter service industry are preferred; Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with partners and internally with people from different countries and cultures; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Proficient in Dutch, French and English; Service awareness and coordination capability.
