The company is seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in its operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hardware inventory, procurement, and disposal, as well as maintaining the network infrastructure. Main Responsibilities: Inventory management and procurement of hardware Maintenance of basic network infrastructure (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP) Updating client records on an ongoing basis Providing technical support to customers and resolving their issues efficiently The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in English, and possess a bachelor's degree in IT or relevant work experience. Prior experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk environments would be beneficial. This role requires a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software problems. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex technical issues, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
