Als Project Consultant bij Captains of Finance krijg je de kans om van het bedrijfsleven te proeven, zonder dat je je bindt.
1,5 jaar lang doe je een brede ervaring op in verschillende functies en projecten. Met de hulp van persoonlijke begeleiding verdiep je je interesses en bouw je je sterke kanten uit.
En dan? Staan alle opties in Finance voor je open.

- Eén beslissingsmoment op basis van jouw ervaringen
Jouw Academy traject passen we on the go aan, aan jouw persoonlijke ervaringen en voorkeuren. Wil je nog iets dieper in een project duiken? Dan blijf je er misschien wel wat langer. Zoveel mogelijk afwisseling in zoveel mogelijk bedrijven? Dat kan ook. De cijfers boven zijn dan ook indicaties van een typisch traject. Daarbij hebben we om de twee weken een check-in moment en om de paar maanden een evaluatiegesprek. Op basis van alle ervaringen en inzichten die je opdoet, helpen we je na 1,5 jaar te beslissen in welke richting je verder wil gaan.
Bij Captains of Finance ga je meteen als consultant aan het werk. Je proeft van verschillende financiële functies in uiteenlopende bedrijven en sectoren, zonder dat je je vast hoeft te leggen. Zo ontdek je mogelijkheden die je misschien nog niet kende.
Dankzij regelmatige contactmomenten, evaluaties en opleidingen aan onze Finance Academy krijg je snel een dieper inzicht in je persoonlijke en professionele competenties.

Jouw profiel- Je hebt een master- of bachelorsdiploma in een economische of financiële richting.
- Je bent flexibel, dynamisch en klantgericht.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent vlot in de omgang.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Excel en andere MS Office toepassingen.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Een fulltime, vaste functie als Project Consultant bij Captains of Finance.
- Een mix van interessante projecten in combinatie met een opleidingsprogramma op maat.
