Spearhead the management of comprehensive change programs.
Work with or act as project manager to scope, analyse and define business and functional requirements
Grasp and align with the strategic direction and objectives of our clients.
Analyse, document, and interpret business needs into viable technological solutions and technical architectures.
Advocate for operational consistency, gauge progress against objectives, and actively participate in client engagements and strategic planning sessions.
Craft high-calibre presentations and reports to succinctly convey project outcomes.
5 years' experience in digital/business transformation consultancy
~ Deep-rooted expertise in the financial services sector
~ Team player who thrives in collaborative settings
~ Excellent organizational, time-management, leadership, and communication skills
~ Fluent in English
~(near) native Dutch or French
