Als interne verkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volgende:
- Opnemen van telefoontjes van klanten
- Beantwoorden van vragen over onze producten en diensten
- Bestellingen opnemen en verwerken
- Klanten helpen met hun problemen
Ben jij stressbestendig en word je helemaal warm van klanten bijstaan? Dan ben jij de juiste persoon voor deze rol
Minimale vereisten:
- Je bent minimaal 2-talig (Nederlands en Frans), bij voorkeur 3-talig (met kennis van Engels)
- Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling en bent goed in het opbouwen van relaties
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en hebt een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid
- Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed omgaan met een hectische werkomgeving
