The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Robotic Sales & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Leuven, Belgium. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our global sales and business development efforts. You will have the chance to introduce groundbreaking technology to the market and shape the future of human-robot collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers and system integrators to cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities in our target markets.
  • Confidently present the unique value and benefits of our robotic solutions, both on-site and remotely.
  • Collaborate with internal application engineering teams and with external system integrators to deliver complete turnkey solutions for our customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from proposal and quote to purchase order, delivery, installation, and training, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and drive repeat business.
  • Develop and deliver insightful sales reports by gathering and analyzing data, tracking key metrics, and translating findings into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven sales or channel sales management experience within robotics, automation, or related technology sectors, with a strong understanding of B2B sales and long sales cycles.
  • Established network within robotics distribution, system integration, and/or fulfillment operations in Europe or North America.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
  • Exceptional self-motivation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a range of clients, from technically expert to those new to automation.
