Als familiebedrijf is de Boemm HR groep, de snelst groeiende speler binnen de HR services in België. Wij bieden onze klanten een ongezien aanbod in uitzendarbeid, payroll, outsourcing en werving & selectie. Op de dag van vandaag is Boemm het moederbedrijf van Jobfixers , White & Moore en Digital Payroll Services. Wij willen onze groei de komende 5 jaar aanzienlijk versnellen o.a. met Sales Managers voor regio Antwerpen en Kempen. Takenpakket Als Regio Sales Manager ben je een ondernemer binnen een bestaande onderneming. Elk kantoor voelt als jouw kindje en die wil jij laten opgroeien tot het mooiste en de beste. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een cluster kantoren. Dagelijks volg je de kantoren op en zorg je dat de omzettargets behaald worden. Doelstellingen behalen maakt jou intens gelukkig en je weet dit enthousiasme over te brengen op jouw collega's. Je bent gepassioneerd waardoor je kan overtuigen en inspireren. Je bent een netwerker en slaat graag een praatje met iedereen Je hebt commercieel inzicht en coacht en traint jouw teams op wekelijkse basis. Management by example is je stokpaardje. Je houdt er dan ook van om samen op de baan te gaan bij prospects en klanten. Door jouw ervaring in de sector en in de sales heb je geleerd wat je allemaal in de commerciële wereld van HR kan verwachten. Wekelijks zal je rapporteren aan de commercieel directeur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de groei van je regio dit zowel op omzetbasis als naar expansie van je team op kantoorniveau Profiel Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring specifiek in de uitzendsector als office manager en denkt klaar te zijn voor de volgende stap.
