Could your be our new colleague Business Developer ? To reinforce our Business Development team, we're looking for a dynamic, driven and client-oriented colleague. Your mission: spot and develop new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with our existing clients.You'll work with the Sales Manager and the Chief Growth Officer to further conquer the Belgian market.Our clients include many of Belgium's top 200 brands, all convinced by the value of our solutions. The Business Developer works in collaboration with different teams to achieve success : a great presales team, a Customer Success team and a Marketing team that are participating to help them to generate the leads, structure the demos and then convert the prospects into clients.We are therefore looking for a real team player who can use all of them as an asset. Your impact at AuxipressEnd-to-end sales cycleIdentify, qualify and engage prospectsConduct demos with support from presales and Customer SuccessContract negotiations and close dealsBuild and grow your portfolio*New Business:Convert inbound leadsIdentify and qualify new commercial opportunities in Belgium*Existing Clients:Detect upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesEnsure strong relationships and regular follow-upClients contracts renewals*Strategic Client EngagementTranslate client needs into tailored solutionsPrepare documentation for calls for tenderAdapt your communication style depending on your audience: PR, agencies, C-levels, ... Your superpowersYou have significant experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, Business Developer or similarYou have a background in Sales, Marketing, Business or similarYou have a certain affinity for the world of media and brands You enjoy teamwork and are comfortable collaborating with different teams You are solution-selling mindedYou have strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets. You work autonomously and flexiblyYou have a good knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
