The RoleAs a key member of our Care team, you are the architect of our agents' competence. You don't just schedule training: you own the end-to-end learning approach that keeps our Care crew sharp and adaptable. You translate complex product updates and operational shifts into actionable skills, based on your educational knowledge and ensuring our people aren't just informed, but fully equipped to solve a viking's problem. Your goal is to move beyond passive learning, building a flexible learning hub where knowledge flows seamlessly from onboarding to daily mastery.Sounds like a blast?Great.
