Functieomschrijving:

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en resultaatgerichte Projectmanager met een passie voor techniek. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van technische projecten en het aansturen van verschillende teams. Je draagt zorg voor een efficiënte planning en uitvoering, en je hebt impact op uitdagende projecten.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor projectmanagement op werven, met focus op afwerking.
  • Beheer van planning, onderaannemers, contracten en onderhandelingen.
  • Opstellen van contracten en voeren van contractonderhandelingen.
  • Opvolging van bouwactiviteiten met nadruk op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Direct contact met de klant en rapportage aan de Technisch Directeur.
  • Werven in Vlaanderen en Brussel, werk vanuit Temse met 2-3 dagen per week op de werf.

Minimum Vereisten:

  • Diploma (Ingenieur) Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • 2-3 jaar relevante werkervaring als Project Manager of in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Inspireert en motiveert collega's, met sterke samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
  • Communiceert helder en overtuigend met diverse stakeholders.
  • In staat om de perspectieven en emoties van anderen te begrijpen.
  • Flexibel, proactief en resultaatgericht, met de capaciteit om kalm te blijven onder druk en kansen te zien in uitdagende situaties.

Sollicitatieprocedure:

Zodra je solliciteert, hoor je binnen 2 werkdagen van ons. Als er een klik is, plannen we een telefonische kennismaking. Bij wederzijdse interesse stellen we je voor aan de opdrachtgever. Binnen 5 werkdagen weet je of je op gesprek mag. Het sollicitatieproces omvat één of soms twee gesprekken. Wij bieden tips en ondersteuning. Als alles goed gaat, starten de contractbesprekingen. Wij staan je bij in dit proces. Daarna begint jouw nieuwe uitdaging bij de opdrachtgever :)
