The Quality Officer Island Package: Reports to the Interface & Quality Manager; Is responsible for the Quality assurance of the Island package. (S)He will be the point of contact for all Quality assurance related issues in the Package scope, internally as well as with the EPC Contractor; Is responsible to implement and monitor the Project Quality management system and Quality performance (both internal and external), in accordance with the Elia project Quality management plan and Requirements; Shall review and challenge Quality documentation of the EPC Contractor and Subcontractors; Shall play an active role in internal audits and external audits (EPC Contractor and Subcontractor); Shall support Quality Control activities during delivery phase as well as follow-up on non-conformities and Quality risks; Shall encourage the project team to work according to the processes and procedures of the Project Quality Management Plan; Requirements You hold a technical bachelor's or master's degree or have equivalent experience. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management. You possess relevant hard skills in quality assurance within major offshore, EPCI, or maritime projects. You have good computer and data skills. You exhibit strong project organization and document management skills. You are an excellent communicator. You have a challenger and critical mindset. You work in a structured, proactive, and precise manner, and can motivate others regarding quality. You are fluent in English , and proficiency in Dutch is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
