Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Expert Configuration Management Database setup (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Gent.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract
  • Duurtijd: Lange termijn

Als CMDB Setup Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van een effectieve Configuration Management Database. Je speelt een sleutelrol bij het vastleggen en beheren van IT-configuratie-items om ervoor te zorgen dat onze IT-infrastructuur soepel en efficiënt functioneert.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwerpen en implementeren van de CMDB-setup volgens de specifieke behoeften.
  • Identificeren en vastleggen van alle configuratie-items (CIs) en hun onderlinge relaties.
  • Zorgen voor naadloze integratie van de CMDB met andere IT-beheersystemen.
  • Onderhouden van de nauwkeurigheid en volledigheid van de CMDB-gegevens.
  • Samenwerken met diverse teams binnen de organisatie om ervoor te zorgen dat alle relevante informatie wordt vastgelegd.
  • Periodieke audits uitvoeren om de kwaliteit van de CMDB te waarborgen.
  • Documenteren van CMDB-processen en procedures.

Minimale vereisten:

  • Minimaal een bacheloropleiding in IT, informatica of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het opzetten en beheren van Configuration Management Databases.
  • Diepgaande kennis van configuration management principes en best practices.
  • Ervaring met het werken in complexe IT-omgevingen, bij voorkeur binnen de automotive-industrie.
  • Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende belanghebbenden.
