We're Hiring: Programme Assistant (Brussels) Contract: Full-time (37.30h/week) Location: Brussels Salary: Approx. €2,800 to 3,000 gross/month Start date: Early December 2025 We are looking for a motivated Programme Assistant to support our Finance and Programmes teams. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating the full regranting lifecycle and ensuring smooth financial and administrative management of projects. Key Responsibilities Regranting Coordination Coordinate calls for proposals, manage applications, and support evaluation processes. Act as the main contact point for applicants and members. Draft and manage grant agreements and ensure proper documentation. Monitor grantee activities, review reports, and identify capacity-building needs. Maintain accurate records for donor reporting and internal learning. Collaborate with finance and communications teams to ensure timely implementation. Financial & Administrative Support Assist in reviewing budgets and financial documentation. Draft contracts and handle related administrative tasks. Provide guidance to grantees on compliance and reporting. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and auditors when needed. Update internal databases and maintain document archives. Support general administrative duties as required. Requirements University degree in Economics, International Affairs, Development, or similar. Minimum 2 years of experience in grant management, financial administration, or auditing (ideally in civil society or donor-funded environments). Full professional fluency in English. Strong project coordination and grant-related experience. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
