Als grootste Belgische verzekeringsmakelaar hebben we een belangrijke rol op vlak van risk management naar onze klanten toe. Vervolgens gaan we op zoek naar concrete oplossingen voor deze specifieke risico's. Als Business Manager Risk Solutions, stuur je een team aan van Risk Solution Managers. Zij wenden elke dag hun juridische- en technische expertise (fleet, liability, financial lines,..) aan om grotere KMO's, grote nationale en internationale klanten te kunnen adviseren én om verzekeringsoplossingen uit te werken op maat van hun specifieke noden. Als people manager, stimulator en motivator zorg je voor de ideale werkomstandigheden voor je team. Je begeleidt en evalueert je medewerkers in de uitoefening van hun functie én challenged en ondersteunt hen in hun verdere professionele groei en ontwikkeling. Samen met de General Manager Corporate & International, bepaal jij de richting waarin de afdeling zal evolueren en werk je aan de strategie van morgen. Je betrekt het team bij deze nieuwe strategie. Je creëert draagvlak en vertaalt deze naar concrete doelen, proceswijzigingen en acties om zo de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te kunnen behalen. Je zorgt voor de uitwerking, implementatie en opvolging van de genomen beleidsbeslissingen en waakt over de realisatie van de doelstellingen. Je coördineert de samenwerking met onze internationale partners, sales afdelingen en administratieve diensten met het oog op de verdere optimalisatie van onze dienstverlening, processen en interne samenwerking. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en ondersteunt hen bij complexere dossiers. Met jouw commerciële ingesteldheid zoek je mee naar oplossingen die de klant kunnen overtuigen. Je bent zelf ook bereid je technische verzekeringskennis hieromtrent bij te schaven. Naast een echte people manager, zoeken we een probleemoplossende, proactieve doener met volgende competenties: Je bent een echte people manager die voldoening haalt uit het optimaal laten functioneren van je team en elk individu binnen dat team. Bij voorkeur heb je een goede kennis van de verzekeringsmarkt in relatie tot corporate klanten. Je hebt voldoende ervaring opgebouwd als leidinggevende om een matuur team van specialisten te leiden. Dankzij jouw empathie en coachende vaardigheden weet jij jouw medewerkers te challengen, enthousiasmeren én motiveren. Je commerciële ingesteldheid helpt je bij het nastreven van een optimale dienstverlening ten aanzien van onze klanten. Je bent organisatorisch sterk, neemt ownership en neemt de coördinatie en proactieve opvolging van projecten op zich. Je weet je vlot uit te drukken in het Nederlands en Engels en hebt bij voorkeur een goede kennis van het Frans.
