Key Responsibilities:Oversee the implementation, management, and ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management systemsPrepare and maintain quality plans, procedures, manuals, and supporting documentationLiaise with clients to ensure quality requirements, standards, and procedures are submitted, approved, and implemented in line with agreed schedulesPlan, conduct, and complete internal and external auditsProvide guidance and support to management on quality assurance mattersEnsure all required documentation and certification is accurate, complete, and verified prior to project handoverChair and participate in weekly coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersControl project documentation by reviewing and updating records to reflect policy changes and ISO requirementsReport progress, issues, and findings directly to the Project ManagerOrganise and attend site inspections related to installation activitiesCarry out ongoing quality inspections throughout all stages of project deliveryCoordinate and attend benchmarking inspections to ensure quality standards are metMaintain and update "Right First Time" records and quality proceduresManage the handover of completed systems or project areas to the client's teamEnsure QA/QC procedures used across projects are consistent, standardised, and fully incorporated into the company's QA/QC manualPerform any additional duties associated with the role as requiredEssential Criteria:Third-level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline, preferably with a mechanical focusMinimum of three years' experience carrying out quality walk-downs on construction sitesAt least three years' experience performing QA/QC inspections on large-scale construction projects ideally data centres Strong working knowledge of inspection processes and completion of inspection forms in line with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational, planning, and time-management abilitiesHigh standards of professional integrity, including reliability, commitment, and respect for othersProactive, confident, and solution-focused approach to resolving quality-related issuesAbility to prepare clear, accurate, and professional quality reportsCompetent user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
