Key Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation, management, and ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management systems Prepare and maintain quality plans, procedures, manuals, and supporting documentation Liaise with clients to ensure quality requirements, standards, and procedures are submitted, approved, and implemented in line with agreed schedules Plan, conduct, and complete internal and external audits Provide guidance and support to management on quality assurance matters Ensure all required documentation and certification is accurate, complete, and verified prior to project handover Chair and participate in weekly coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Control project documentation by reviewing and updating records to reflect policy changes and ISO requirements Report progress, issues, and findings directly to the Project Manager Organise and attend site inspections related to installation activities Carry out ongoing quality inspections throughout all stages of project delivery Coordinate and attend benchmarking inspections to ensure quality standards are met Maintain and update "Right First Time" records and quality procedures Manage the handover of completed systems or project areas to the client's team Ensure QA/QC procedures used across projects are consistent, standardised, and fully incorporated into the company's QA/QC manual Perform any additional duties associated with the role as required Essential Criteria: Third-level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline, preferably with a mechanical focus Minimum of three years' experience carrying out quality walk-downs on construction sites At least three years' experience performing QA/QC inspections on large-scale construction projects ideally data centres Strong working knowledge of inspection processes and completion of inspection forms in line with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational, planning, and time-management abilities High standards of professional integrity, including reliability, commitment, and respect for others Proactive, confident, and solution-focused approach to resolving quality-related issues Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional quality reports Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
