Voor onze concessies in Market Area Brussel zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Site Manager. In deze rol ben jij het uithangbord van de concessie en draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse werking en commerciële resultaten.

Wat wordt jouw rol?

Als Site Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het succes van onze concessies. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Leidinggeven en coachen: Je stuurt het Sales- en Aftersales team aan, identificeert opleidingsbehoeften en stimuleert de ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
  • People management: Als ware People Manager weet jij je team te motiveren en een positieve werksfeer te creëren.
  • Kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid: Je waarborgt een uitstekende klantenservice en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant met een glimlach wordt ontvangen.
  • Commerciële en financiële verantwoordelijkheid: Je volgt de commerciële en financiële KPI's op, bewaakt de rentabiliteit van de concessie en draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het P&L-beheer.
  • Relatiebeheer: Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met lokale KMO's en werkt actief aan het netwerk van de concessie.
  • Operationele uitmuntendheid: Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de verkoop- en aftersales activiteiten en zorgt voor de algemene netheid, veiligheid en toegankelijkheid van de site.
  • Strategische betrokkenheid: Je neemt deel aan transversale vergaderingen van D'Ieteren Mobility Company en implementeert de richtlijnen van de holding.

In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Retail Director van de Market Area.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Ervaring en expertise: Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een commerciële leidinggevende rol, bij voorkeur als concessiehouder, Sales Manager of Aftersales Manager in de automobielsector. Ervaring in de retailsector is een plus.
  • Leiderschap en communicatie: Je bent een natuurlijke leider met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en een stevige basis in het Engels.
  • Resultaatgericht en proactief: Je werkt autonoom, neemt initiatief tot verbetering en hebt bewezen resultaten te behalen.
  • People Manager: Je hebt ervaring in het coachen en ontwikkelen van teams en weet een motiverende werksfeer te creëren.
