Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je staat in voor het inboeken van bankafschriften en de verwerking van betalingen van klanten.
- Je registreert alle boekhoudkundige verrichtingen van de klant en zorgt voor een volledige en regelmatige opvolging van de facturen en de ontvangsten.
- Je voert een dagelijkse controle uit van geblokkeerde orders.
- Je analyseert de kredietwaardigheid van de verschillende klanten en gaat in overleg met de sales collega's en finance business partners.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanvragen en opvolgen van kredietlimieten.
- Je verzorgt en onderhoudt het contact met verschillende klanten.
- Openstaande klantenvorderingen worden actief door jou beheerd en bewaakt. Daarnaast volg jij de betalingsachterstanden van de klanten op en verstuur je onder andere op regelmatige basis betalingsherinneringen naar de klanten. Je bent bemiddelaar om tot een betalingsregeling te komen.
- Je onderhoudt de klantgegevens en zorgt voor een up-to-date klantenbestand.
- Naast je voorliefde voor het opvolgen van klantendossiers, schrikt het jou niet af om administratieve problemen in detail uit te pluizen en de juiste stakeholders hiervoor te benaderen.
- Je rapporteert aan de Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
Minimum vereisten:
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma (binnen een financiële richting).
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige job.
- Je bezit de nodige computervaardigheden en kan goed overweg met Excel en Word.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van Dynamics 365 en springt vlot om met IT systemen.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kan ook zeker het team ondersteunen indien nodig.
- Je bent een nauwkeurig persoon die communicatief sterk in de schoenen staat.
- Je hebt sterke sociale vaardigheden en legt makkelijk contacten voor samenwerkingen met interne en externe klanten.
- Je hebt een oog voor deadlines en een goed probleemoplossend denkvermogen.
- Je bent proactief, denkt mee en signaleert verbeterpunten.
