Onze financiële en boekhoudkundige afdeling is op zoek naar een AR-accountant om haar team in Zaventem te versterken.
Positie Samenvatting:
Met de hulp van een collega zal de debiteurenaccountant verantwoordelijk zijn voor het effectieve beheer van het debiteurenproces van het bedrijf, het bewaken en innen van uitstaande klantensaldi en het bijhouden van nauwkeurige financiële administratie. Deze rol vereist een sterke aandacht voor detail, een grondig begrip van debiteurenpraktijken en het vermogen om samen te werken met andere afdelingen om effectief debiteurenbeheer te garanderen.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden :
Beheer van klantenaccounts:
- Opvolging en beheer van klantaccounts en ervoor zorgen dat betalingen binnen de overeengekomen betalingstermijnen worden ontvangen.
- Afhandelen van vragen van klanten met betrekking tot facturen en rekeningsoverzichten.
Afstemming van rekeningen:
- Stem bankafschriften af op klantrekeningen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle betalingen correct worden toegewezen en klantrekeningen correct worden gewist.
- Identificeer en los discrepanties of fouten in debiteuren op.
Incasso:
- Samenwerken met de verkoop-/operationele afdeling (en externe adviseurs) om openstaande betalingsproblemen op te lossen.
- Implementeer incassostrategieën om openstaande saldi te innen.
Financiële informatie:
- Bereid maandelijkse financiële rapporten voor over debiteuren, inclusief openstaande saldi en cashflowprognoses.
Eisen:
- Diploma in boekhouding, financiën of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Eerdere ervaring in debiteurenboekhouding.
- Grondige kennis van boekhoudkundige principes.
- Vaardigheid in boekhoudsoftware, spreadsheets en computertools.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Eerste ervaring met SAP
- Veel aandacht voor detail en het vermogen om een groot aantal transacties af te handelen.
- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans. Kennis van het Engels wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd.
