The Salesforce Specialist plays a crucial role in strengthening the technological backbone of Alphabet, with Salesforce as the core platform. The objective of this position is to accelerate Alphabet's digital transformation and realize the roadmap. This individual brings not only technical expertise but also a strategic perspective to evaluate and optimize the current architecture, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
Additionally, this person acts as a sparring partner within the team, as he/she will assist in increasing the maturity and efficiency of team processes and help elevate Alphabet's digital workflows. By building innovative solutions, this role directly contributes to Alphabet's ambition to offer customers a highly personalized digital experience within the entire real estate ecosystem.
ProfileExperience and Background
- At least 3 years of experience in a Salesforce environment, preferably in consultancy or smaller teams with broad responsibilities.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and insight into business processes and customer-oriented solutions.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding Apex code to assess and improve legacy code.
- Experience with implementing integrations and architectural improvements within Salesforce.
- Affinity with digitalization and the real estate sector (a plus).
- Experience in coaching or supporting junior team members in their technical and professional development.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with combined business and technology challenges.
Language Skills
For the role of Salesforce Specialist, knowledge of Dutch and English is a must. Knowledge of French is a plus.
