Job title: Service desk OperatorLanguage: French and EnglishLocation: Brussels, BelgiumDuration: 6 months + possible another 6 monthsFull On-site positionEU citizenship mandatoryJob description:Provide first-line support for unified communications infrastructure, including IP telephony, video conferencing, TV over IP, and network connectivity.Monitor and manage service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.Troubleshoot software applications and communication services for end-users.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents efficiently.Maintain accurate records of requests, incidents, and resolutions.Guide users on best practices for using communication tools.Escalate complex issues while ensuring a seamless user experience.Contribute to service improvements by reporting recurring issues and suggesting enhancements. Qualifications:What would make you a fit for the role:Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service or support roles.Familiarity with unified communications services, including IP telephony, video conferencing, and network applications.Proficiency with software applications, knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.Being customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
