Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. 'ICT for society' is voor Smals meer dan een slogan: alle projecten hebben een positieve maatschappelijke impact. Zo bouwt Smals mee aan het portaal van de sociale zekerheid en het eHealth-platform. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: Student@Work, Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts... Binnen het Smals Academy team word je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, planning en coördinatie van opleidingsinitiatieven (klassiek, op afstand of hybride). Je werkt dagelijks met de nieuwste opleidingstechnologieën en wordt daar ook in opgeleid. Je analyseert opleidingsaanvragen en maakt Smals-medewerkers wegwijs in de talrijke opleidingsmogelijkheden die zich aanbieden. Je behandelt opleidingsaanvragen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte administratieve opvolging ervan. Je werkt mee aan de opmaak van zowel eenvoudige als meer complexe opleidingstrajecten en legt hiervoor contacten met trainers en opleidingsinstellingen. Je helpt niet alleen collega's zich te ontwikkelen maar krijgt zelf ook de nodige ruimte om je eigen ontwikkeling en evolutie in goede banen te leiden. Je behaalde een bachelordiploma. Bij voorkeur heb je reeds ervaring in de rol van training officer of in een administratief georiënteerde functie binnen dit domein. Je bent vertrouwd met complexe administratieve processen, gaat methodisch en nauwkeurig te werk en beschikt over een duidelijk organisatietalent. Ervaring in HR is een pluspunt. Je bent resultaatgericht, neemt zelf initiatief en kan autonoom werken. Je kan ook vlot om met veranderingen en houdt het hoofd koel in geval van tijdsdruk. Je bent een echte teamspeler : je kan vlot samenwerken met collega's, werkt graag in teamverband, springt in de bres als dat nodig is en draagt bij tot een positieve werksfeer. Bij problemen blijf je niet bij de pakken zitten. Je zet door en werkt passende oplossingen uit. Je kan daarbij steunen op jouw goede analyse- en synthesekwaliteiten en hebt oog voor detail. Bij het zoeken naar oplossingen bekijk je de zaken vanuit verschillende invalshoeken. Pc's en basissoftware zoals MS Office en Windows hebben geen geheimen meer voor jou. Meer nog, je bent geboeid door de mogelijkheden die technologie ons te bieden heeft. Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Frans (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling). - Je krijgt een gevarieerde, uitdagende en maatschappelijk relevante job waarbij je bijdraagt aan IT-oplossingen die een belangrijke rol spelen in de samenleving.
