Description de la fonction Au sein de l'équipe Smals Academy, vous serez responsable de l'organisation, de la planification et de la coordination des initiatives de formation (en présentiel, en distanciel ou hybrides).
Vous utilisez quotidiennement les dernières technologies de formation et y êtes également formé. Vous analysez les demandes de formation et guidez les collaborateurs de Smals parmi les nombreuses possibilités de formation qui leur sont offertes.
Vous traitez les demandes de formation et êtes responsable de leur bon suivi administratif. Vous participez à l'élaboration de programmes de formation simples et plus complexes et établissez des contacts avec les formateurs et les institutions de formation.
Profil Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelor. Vous avez de préférence de l'expérience dans la fonction de training officer ou dans une fonction à orientation administrative dans ce domaine.
Vous êtes familier avec les processus administratifs complexes, vous travaillez de manière méthodique et précise et détenez un talent certain pour l'organisation. Pour ce faire, vous pouvez compter sur vos capacités d'analyse et de synthèse et avez le sens du détail. Les PC et logiciels de base tels que MS Office et Windows n'ont plus de secret pour vous. Vous vous exprimez couramment en néerlandais et en français (tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral). Profitez de nos horaires de travail flexibles et de notre politique de télétravail très étendue.
