Als Business Development Officer Parnerships speel je een sleutelrol in het commerciële succes van Yuzzu met betrekking tot het specifieke verzekeringsaanbod via haar B2B Partners. Je staat in nauw contact met de collega's van het AXA Partnerships team en de verschillende Yuzzu teams om onze strategische samenwerking met de partners verder op te zetten en te versterken.
Aangezien het Partnerships team deel uitmaakt van de Marketing & Operations directie zorg jij er mee voor dat de klantervaring van onze partners « uniek en tot de beste van de markt » behoort gedurende het hele traject dat de klant aflegt bij het bedrijf (van bij de onderschrijving, tijdens de servicing en schadebeheer, tot aan de opzeg van de verzekeringspolis).
Yuzzu onderneemt daarom een 360° transformatie om een revolutie teweeg te brengen in de klantervaring en zichzelf te positioneren als een « Best Value for Money insurer », d.w.z. met een betaalbare prijs en een uitstekende kwaliteit van dienstverlening.
Het uitwerken en verbeteren van Partner businessmodellen B2B2C door volgende stappen toe te passen:
Ontwikkeling van een partner value proposition: Je neemt regelmatig deel aan verschillende projecten die een directe of indirecte impact hebben op de werking van het Partnerships team en je verdedigt daarbij de belangen van onze bestaande en nieuwe partnerschappen.
Met behulp van je analytische vaardigheden bestudeer je bestaande systemen en processen en stel je ontwikkelingen voor, ontwikkel je ze en presenteer je ze.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van de gezamenlijke behoeften van Yuzzu en de partners in processen waarbij de nadruk ligt op een betere kwaliteit van de dienstverlening (nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie) en groei (business development).
Gezien het cross-functionele karakter van de functie sta je in contact met verschillende andere teams en afdelingen binnen Yuzzu en AXA (Operations, Claims, IT, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal), externe partners (OEM's, Financial Captives en aggregators, enz.) en externe leveranciers (softwareleveranciers).
Door je proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding zet je regelmatig ad-hocprojecten op in samenwerking met collega's uit andere teams, met als doel deze doelstellingen te bereiken.
Je coördineert de organisatie van opleidingen voor partners en speelt een actieve rol in het ontwerp, de planning, facilitering en follow-up van deze activiteiten. Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van planning en organisatie
Je hebt Nederlands of Frans als moedertaal met een zeer goede kennis van de andere landstaal (NL of FR) en een goede kennis van het Engels. Je kunt goed overweg met Microsoft Office-programma's, Excel, Powerpoint en Word.
Voortdurende training en coaching.
