As Legal Counsel , joining a team ofsenior and junior professionals, you’ll be at the heart of the legal operationsacross Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. Yourexpertise will guide the business through both day-to-day legal mattersand high-level strategic initiatives – including the adoption of newdigital technologies such as A.I.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholdersand external stakeholders (such as external counsels), acting as a trustedadvisor in areas such as commercial contracts, distribution law, corporatehousekeeping, real estate, antitrust compliance,

What you´ll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercialagreements in a B2B and B2C environment, across Benelux and France;
• Manage corporate housekeeping matters in Benelux, consultingwith external legal advisors;
• Provide legal support on real estate issues, includinglease, purchase and facility agreements;
• Contribute to dispute resolution and assist with riskmitigation strategies;
• Embrace legal innovation efforts, including AI-driven legaltools and digital legal platforms;
• Collaborate cross-functionally withdepartments like HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Corporate Communications, and work together with external counsels ifnecessary;
• Be a strategic partner to the business, offeringinitiative-taking and practical legal guidance.

What makes you a good fit

• Experience :Minimum 5 years in corporate law and commercial contracts – ideally in across-border or international context;
• Languages : Fluent in English , with strongproficiency in French and Dutch ;
• Skills : Deep understanding of corporategovernance and contract law, with the ability to translate complex legalissues into actionable and pragmatic business advice;
• Mindset : Tech-savvy, curious, innovative andsolution-oriented. You’re not just a lawyer, you are also a partner to thebusiness and you are able to align legal advice with operational goals.You are stress resilient and not afraid of taking the extra mile;
• Background : Priorexperience in an in-house legal international environment is highlyvalued, ideally complemented by experience gained in a law firm, includingan international practice.
