Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: Student@Work, Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts... Als PMO bij RIZIV ben je verantwoordelijk voor het consolideren van de fundamenten van de PMO-activiteiten door het verbeteren van de rapportering over de voortgang van projecten en door te werken aan een betere integratie van de Agile best practices en projectmanagementmethoden. Hiervoor werk je samen met de Digital Solution Manager alsook met een twintigtal projectleiders. Het RIZIV is een belangrijke speler in de sector van de sociale zekerheid, met een dubbele missie: iedereen toegang bieden tot betaalbare gezondheidszorg van hoge kwaliteit en een adequaat vervangingsinkomen bieden in geval van arbeidsongeschiktheid of moederschapsverlof/vaderschapsverlof. Om de tijdbesteding en resources voor interne en externe stakeholders transparanter te laten verlopen, ontwikkel je uitgebreide en relevante rapporten om de project performances op te volgen en optimaliseer je deze rapporten met behulp van KPI's (bijv. Sprint Burndown, Burndown Deliverables, Added Value,...). Je verbetert het proces van het verzamelen, analyseren en presenteren van rapporten, zodat de stakeholders sneller over actuele informatie beschikken. Het doel is om softwareoplossingen te onderzoeken zodoende delen van het rapporteringsproces te automatiseren, waardoor de handmatige werklast verminderd wordt. Met het oog op meer transparantie over de voortgang van de projecten en de eventuele obstakels bij de uitvoering, implementeer je een uniforme methodologie en tools die traditioneel projectmanagement combineren met een Agile-uitvoering. Je biedt coaching en ondersteuning aan de projectleiders en implementeert efficiënt change management, zodat de toegepaste projectmanagementmethodologie beter bekend en nageleefd wordt. Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Je hebt bewezen ervaring in PMO in een IT-context. Je hebt ervaring met het combineren van Agile-principes met een standaardprojectmethologie (waterfall). Je hebt traditionele PM-certificaties (PMI, Prince2) alsook een Agile-certificatie. Je hebt praktische ervaring met Project Online en met Microsoft PPM. Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en kunt complexe informatie duidelijk en behapbaar overbrengen. Je hebt solide analytische vaardigheden en kunt problemen oplossen. Je kan creatieve oplossingen naar voor brengen. Je bent stressbestendig en in staat om onder druk te presteren met strakke deadlines. Ervaring in de overheidssector is een pluspunt.
