En tant que bras droit du Digital Solution Manager au sein de l'INAMI, vous aidez les Digital Solution Managers à développer une vision ICT cohérente au sein d'un ou de plusieurs portefeuilles de projets. Vous soutenez, par ailleurs, les Digital Solution Managers dans la gestion de leur portefeuille de projets afin que les projets soient délivrés dans les délais, en respectant le budget et conformément aux spécifications établies. L'INAMI est un acteur-clé de la sécurité sociale, avec une double mission : fournir à tous l'accès aux soins de santé de qualité et accessibles et proposer un revenu de remplacement adéquat en cas d'incapacité de travail ou de congé de maternité/paternité. Partenaire stratégique du Digital Solution Manager, vous fournissez un soutien opérationnel, en assurant la cohérence et en facilitant la gestion efficace de l'ensemble du portefeuille de projets de l'organisation. Vous contribuez ainsi à garantir que le portefeuille soit aligné sur les objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation. Concrètement vous êtes responsable des activités suivantes :
• Alignement stratégique des projets avec les objectifs de l'organisation.
• Soutien dans l'identification des synergies, des dépendances et des projets à haut risque.
• Aide dans la planification stratégique du portefeuille ainsi que dans la sélection et la priorisation des projets.
• Identification et gestion des problèmes.
• Reporting & suivi des KPI.
• Allocation efficace des ressources en collaboration avec le Digital Solution Manager.
• Suivi et gestion des demandes d'engagement auprès du service RH de l'ICT.
• Évaluation constante des processus de gestion de portefeuille et propositions d'améliorations.
• Collaboration avec le Digital Solution Manager pour optimiser la stratégie de gestion de portefeuille et la méthodologie de gestion de projet.
• Soutien dans la gestion des changements en s'assurant que les ajustements nécessaires sont effectués de manière coordonnée. Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire, vous disposez de minimum cinq ans d'expérience en gestion de projets ou en tant que PMO. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des techniques de gestion et de méthodologie de projet au sein d'un environnement ICT (Prince 2, Méthodes Agile, ITIL, BPMN). Vous disposez d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et travaillez volontiers en équipe. Vous avez un grand désir d'apprendre en permanence dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement. Vous aimez coacher, convaincre et partager vos connaissances. Vous disposez d'une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais.
