Je geeft mee vorm aan de online communicatie en campagnes van onze verschillende entiteiten: Helan Onafhankelijk ziekenfonds, Helan Huishoudhulp, Helan Thuiszorg, Heyo vakantiekampen en Helan Zorgwinkel.
Hier zet jij graag je tanden in:
- Als zelfstandige teamplayer werk je nauw samen met je collega's binnen marketing, om de marketingstrategie per entiteit te vertalen naar concrete actieplannen.
- Je werkt de online campagnes van A tot Z uit via de verschillende mediakanalen: SEO, Meta, Google ads, Tiktok, … en test ook nieuwe kanalen en opportuniteiten via AI uit. Je laat je hierbij ondersteunen door onze externe digitale marketing partners.
- Je volgt de KPI's van je campagne op en je maakt een doordachte evaluatie van de impact en efficiëntie van de acties met behulp van tools zoals Google Analytics, Lookerstudio, Hotjar,... Je weet perfect wat onze interne en eindklanten nodig hebben en je bouwt mee aan de optimale customer journey. Daarbij stel je maximale conversie voorop en stuur je bij waar nodig.
- Je beheert, ondersteunt en biedt proactief advies aan onze verschillende websites: Aanpassing van campagnepagina's, Optimalisatie van pagina's voor zoekmachines (SEO), Online flow optimaliseren met focus op lead generation.
Dit ben jij helemaal:
- Je kan minstens 3 jaar ervaring in digitale marketing voorleggen;
- Je werkt op bachelor niveau;
- Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van Google Analytics, GoogleAds en Meta-ads;
- Je bent gepassioneerd door online marketing;
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en je krijgt energie jouw campagne het verhoopte succes heeft opgeleverd;
