Where We Are Today Two Vitology‑owned centers Rapidly evolving protocols Developing our own software platform + AI coaching system Clear demand from individuals, corporates, franchisees Preparing to scale toward 5+ centers and multiple business models: fully owned centers, franchises & shop‑in‑shop concepts for health professionals With our first international franchise center active, we now need stronger operational oversight , partner coaching , and cross‑country quality alignment . Why We’re Hiring We have a operational manager running daily logistics. We have a strong founding team that is now divided over the different pillars of the company. We have growing demand and a momentum‑rich market. But we lack a high‑level, hands‑on operator who can: Build the Vitology operating system Dramatically improve commercial performance Train our current team to become world‑class Support and coach partners Ensure operational consistency across borders Prepare the entire company for scalable expansion This is NOT “taking over operations.” This is building the system once , and elevating the people who run it. Once that foundation is built, your second mission begins: Scale Vitology into a franchise and shop‑in‑shop ecosystem — nationally and internationally. So this is a multi‑phase role. You will enter Vitology to: Audit everything Fix what needs fixing Build procedures & SOPs Set targets and dashboards Train the operational manager Train center teams in commercial excellence Improve the customer journey Sharpen pricing, packaging, and offers Ensure biological‑age‑based pathways are followed consistently Implement operational excellence across all centers (BE + NL) International Component Coach and support the franchise center in Rotterdam Align commercial KPIs across markets Implement audits and quality controls for franchise partners Your Key Responsibilities P&L ownership Membership growth Churn reduction Team enablement SOP implementation Operating manual creation Integrating operations with the AI health coach system Cross‑border operational alignment You will work with — not over — the operational manager. Your success is measured by: How well she and the teams operate after your training. The Role (Phase 2): Make It Scalable Once the system works flawlessly in Belgium and The Netherlands, we enter expansion mode. You will: Transform the operating system into a franchise‑ready playbook Create the shop‑in‑shop toolkit for health professionals Build training systems for future franchisees Develop onboarding flows for external partners Document procedures for licensing partners Assist in launching new centers (Belgium + international) Integrate the software platform & AI coach into the franchise model Ensure international brand & service consistency Your mission: Make Vitology scalable, repeatable, and operationally consistent everywhere. Who You Are You thrive in early‑stage scaling environments. You’re hands‑on, commercial, and operational. You enjoy being present in the centers — and supporting franchise partners abroad. You are a builder of systems. You coach people and elevate teams. You are analytical and data‑driven (KPIs, CAC, CLV, churn, dashboards). You're passionate about health, performance, and longevity. You have low ego and high empathy. You love commercial results and hitting targets.
