Een omgeving waar jouw ervaring, overtuigingskracht en visie een directe impact zullen hebben op de toekomst van de organisatie.De uitdagingAls Senior Procurement Manager krijg je de opdracht om procurement stevig op de kaart te zetten. Je bouwt mee aan de professionalisering van de afdeling en leidt de verdere uitbouw van het team. Dat betekent niet alleen structuren en processen ontwikkelen, maar vooral ook draagvlak creëren bij interne stakeholders. Change management wordt een cruciaal onderdeel van je werk: jij zorgt ervoor dat procurement een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel wordt van de strategische besluitvorming.Daarnaast staan er de komende jaren omvangrijke CAPEX-projecten op de agenda. Een sterke technische affiniteit is daarom onmisbaar: je begrijpt de uitdagingen van complexe installaties en projecten en weet deze te vertalen naar slimme aankoopstrategieën.Belangrijk om te weten: dit is geen functie op afstand. Je staat midden in de praktijk, pakt dossiers zelf vast en combineert strategisch leiderschap met een hands-on mentaliteit.Wie we zoekenMinimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring in procurement, waarvan een aanzienlijk deel in een technische of industriële omgeving.Sterke affiniteit met CAPEX-projecten en technische onderbouwing.Aantoonbare ervaring in change management en stakeholdermanagement: je weet mensen mee te nemen in een visie en creëert draagvlak.Een evenwichtige leider: je bouwt en professionaliseert het team, maar blijft zelf ook inhoudelijk meewerken aan belangrijke dossiers.Strategisch inzicht gecombineerd met pragmatische daadkracht.Wat je kunt verwachtenEen organisatie in volle ontwikkeling, waar je niet alleen de ruimte krijgt om een afdeling uit te bouwen, maar ook de kans om een blijvende stempel te drukken op de manier waarop procurement in de toekomst wordt vormgegeven.
