AI)The DEPSIT (Digital Experience & Products Services – IT) team is responsible to design, deliver andoperate custom digital products, from internal applications to applications used by patients andhealth care providers.We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with solid Agile experience to strengthen our team.Your job will mostly consist of gathering functional requirements and translating them into detailedand unambiguous user stories.You will work on several digital products in development, including SKAI, our in-house platform forGenerative and Agentic AI use cases.In addition, you will also facilitate the good transition of existing digital products to operations,ensuring sustainability through cleaned backlogs and consolidated the functional documentation.Your work will directly contribute to accelerating business value, enhancing user experience, anddriving the adoption of next-generation digital solutions at Client.You will work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 40% in Client offices.Role & ResponsibilitiesPlay an active role in requirements definition, discussing, assessing, and analyzing needs with the Product Owner and multiple business stakeholders, while considering client IT strategy and pharma environmentFacilitate workshops on product definitionCollaborate closely with UX/UI design, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure requirements meet user experience highest standards, technical feasibility, and regulatoryguidelines.Translate needs into requirements and actionable User StoriesMaintain the product backlog organized and prioritizedExplain and clarify User Stories for the Dev TeamEvaluate implementation options with the Dev TeamCollaborate with the Testing Team to prepare tests scenariosPerform final acceptance testing of User StoriesPresent the resulting product to stakeholders and collect feedbackSupport the smooth transition from project to maintenance by documenting the digital productProfile & SkillsFluent in English5 years of experience as Business AnalystProven experience with Agile and SCRUM, Kanban is a plusExcellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and pragmatic approachExcellent writing skills, producing clear, concise, and well-structured user storiesFocus on the user valueDemonstrate a growth mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environmentGood communicator with strong experience in stakeholder managementGood knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps BoardsGood organizational skills and autonomousPharma experience in a validated environment is a plusExperience in Design Thinking
