Key Account Manager Role Monizze is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its team. This role will play a key part in managing, developing, and expanding strategic relationships with Monizze's top partners. Job Summary: This Key Account Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing strategic account plans that align with business goals and enhance partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in key account management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead discussions at a senior level. Responsibilities: Strategic Account Planning : Develop and implement tailored account strategies that drive business growth and improve partner satisfaction. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of each strategic account plan. Business Growth : Expand the value of existing partnerships through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives. Partner Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners. Performance Analysis & Reporting : Utilize data and reporting tools to monitor partner activity and satisfaction. Negotiation & Closing : Lead negotiation processes with partners to secure mutually beneficial deals. Networking & Stakeholder Engagement : Build and nurture a professional network to support business growth. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need: 6+ years of experience in key account management or a related field.
