Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. 'ICT for society' is voor Smals meer dan een slogan: alle projecten hebben een positieve maatschappelijke impact. Zo bouwt Smals mee aan het portaal van de sociale zekerheid en het eHealth-platform. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: Student@Work, Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts... Als Helpdesk Officer M365 werk je mee aan het uitwerken van een moderne, gedigitaliseerde werkomgeving rekening houdend met technologische evoluties, waaronder van O365 toepassingen, mail, collaboration unified communications (telefonie, video en voice conferencing, chat, …), identity mangement, hybride en mobiele oplossingen… Je zorgt voor het ontwerp en de implementatie van nieuwe systemen en het onderhoud ervan, zodat gebruikers hun dagelijkse taken efficiënt en effectief kunnen uitvoeren. Je volgt de technologische evolutie en bouwt samen met je team aan een roadmap voor de digitale werkplek van de organisatie, gebaseerd op de cultuur van de organisatie. Je doet dit uiteraard in samenwerking met de verschillende stakeholders. Je draagt bij tot het technisch ontwerp, de planning en het beheer van de digitale werkplek. Je ontwikkelt samen met het team een technische visie en geeft ondersteuning voor de huidige on premise en toekomstige cloud infrastructuur. Je hebt een bachelordiploma in informatica en kan reeds terugblikken op minimum twee jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Je hebt een goede kennis van de belangrijkste M365-services. Ook ben je vertrouwd met de belangrijkste Microsoft technologieën zoals AD, Azure AD, Teams en Exchange. Kennis van Intune, ADFS en SSCM zijn een extra troef. Je bent iemand die graag in teamverband aan de slag gaat. Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en weet ook in te spelen op je gesprekspartners. Je werkt gestructureerd en bent oplossingsgericht ingesteld. Je begrijpt problemen snel en kan deze effectief en efficiënt oplossen.
