Jij hebt de touwtjes in handen als het gaat om onze projecten, je neemt je team en de klanten hierin mee en zorgt ervoor dat de projecten optimaal verlopen.

Als project manager hoeven we je niet uit te leggen dat een ERP implementatie een grote impact heeft op een organisatie. In deze kritieke periode ben jij het aanspreekpunt, van kick-off tot go-live, voor zowel klanten, collega's als externen.

Je behoudt te allen tijde het volledig overzicht over je lopende projecten en weet als geen ander hoe je alles in goede banen leidt. Daarnaast ben je de sturende factor in het realiseren van deze projecten, zodat ze binnen tijd, scope en budget blijven. Je houdt rekening met de diversiteit in stakeholders, projectgroepen en stuurgroepen en kan hierin uitstekend schakelen en communiceren (zowel op management- als directieniveau). Vanuit je probleemoplossende ingesteldheid, je proactieve communicatie en je verbindende houding maak jij van iedere implementatie een succes.

Welke uitdagingen staan je te wachten?
  • Maken van duidelijke projectplannen op basis van onze eigen projectmethodiek;
  • Samenstellen en aansturen van het projectteam;
  • Jij verzorgt de interne en externe communicatie en maakt duidelijke afspraken. Verwachtingsmanagement is hierbij essentieel;
  • Binnen 4PS zorg je dat iedereen geïnformeerd en gealigneerd is zodat de verwachtingen van de klant en wat wij moeten leveren voor iedereen duidelijk is;
  • Je waakt over de scope, het budget, de planning, de kwaliteit en de klanttevredenheid gedurende het project;
  • Op professionele wijze speel je in op dreigende escalaties, je identificeert en beheert projectrisico's, -knelpunten en -wijzigingen;
  • Jij draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de oplevering van het volledige project;
  • Aan het einde van het project zorg je voor een goede evaluatie, waarin leermomenten besproken en opgenomen worden naar volgende projecten.
Welke skills horen hierbij?
  • Kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken, zoals Sure-Step van Microsoft, Prince 2, PM BOK zijn een grote toegevoegde waarde;
  • Het vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd aan te sturen en te begeleiden;
  • Je kan op verschillende niveaus (proactief) communiceren;
  • Je bent klant- en resultaatgericht;
  • Je bent een goede planner en kijkt vooruit: Jij bepaalt de richting en zet duidelijke doelstellingen;
  • Een goede onderhandelaar, waarbij je de belangen van alle partijen kan verzoenen en consensus kan bereiken.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
  • Je beschikt minimum over een afgeronde bachelor- en/of masteropleiding;
  • Ten minste 5 jaar relevante ervaring als ICT Project Manager;
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlands en Engelse taal (Frans is een pluspunt);
  • Je schrikt er niet van om, wanneer nodig, een leidende rol op je te nemen;
  • Persoonlijkheid is voor ons erg belangrijk. Je bent betrokken, hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent een teamplayer.
