B2B Growth Lead SAAS

We are looking for a B2B Growth Lead to join one of our SAAS clients' teams. What are your responsibilities? Own and execute the full Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to acquire our client's platform's first 1,000 users. Design and launch end-to-end acquisition funnels, combining inbound and outbound growth tactics. Define the positioning around legal regulations. Build and optimize landing pages for conversion (e.g., Webflow). Drive engagement and visibility on LinkedIn through organic content (posts, videos) and paid campaigns. Set up and manage automated outbound sequences using tools like Lemlist, Apollo, and Clay. Produce and launch educational content such as short-form videos, scripts, and compliance-focused resources. Manage retargeting efforts to maximize conversion across different audience segments. Monitor campaign performance and lead generation metrics with proper tracking, KPIs, and dashboards. What are your qualifications? Proven track record in driving growth for B2B SaaS products (ideally at early-stage or scale-up level). Deep understanding of outbound and inbound acquisition mechanics. Language: Mother tongue French or Dutch, with a good level of English. Expert user of tools like Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, HubSpot, Webflow, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong ability to work autonomously, execute fast, and iterate based on data. Experience launching or scaling digital products from scratch. Clear, structured thinker with a growth hacking mindset and a test-and-learn approach. Knowledge of the accounting or fintech ecosystem is a major asset. Available immediately for either a full-time role or freelance mission (2–3 days/week). Remote-first work setup, with occasional in-person meetings in Brussels. NB: For Freelancer or Employee
