Een internationale organisatie is op zoek naar een Data Migration Manager voor de overgang van legacy-systemen naar een Cloud ERP-systeem. De rol is cruciaal voor een succesvolle go-live en omvat zowel planning, coördinatie als uitvoering van migratieactiviteiten. Functieomschrijving De Data Migration Manager is verantwoordelijk voor: Opstellen en beheren van een gedetailleerd cutover-plan met taken, timing en afhankelijkheden. Coördineren van rehearsals/mock runs en valideren van sequencing, downtime planning en rollback-strategieën. Bewaken van alle cutover-taken tijdens go-live, opvolgen van risico's en real-time issue-resolutie. Communiceren met alle stakeholders en zorgen voor duidelijke statusupdates en rapportages. Beheren van cutover-checklists, rollback-plannen, runbooks en lessons learned. Samenwerken met projectteams, IT-operations en business stakeholders om post-go-live support te garanderen. Profiel Bachelor of master in informatica, computerwetenschappen of gelijkwaardig. 8–12 jaar ervaring in ERP-implementaties, met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in cloud ERP cutover management. Ervaring met grote, business-kritische systemen. Expertise in cutover planning, executie en hypercare-overgangen. Kennis van datamigratie, configuratiebeheer, security provisioning en omgevingscoördinatie. Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, ervaring met projectmatig werken.
