Join our Datashift team as **a data governance manager** and shape together with us the future of our fast-growing **data governance domain.**
**Your responsibilities**
As our new manager, you will:
- Lead the change in expanding and fortifying our domain, crafting an empire of success through strategic **business development**;
- Take the reins in building and nurturing **client relationships**, ensuring exceptional delivery and outstanding results for multiple key clients within the domain;
- Take full ownership of **project delivery**, ensuring real and impactful outcomes that make a difference;
- Foster an authentic and **down-to-earth leadership** approach, leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to inspire and **coach a team **of consultants, empowering them to reach new heights;
- Be the driving force behind our clients' achievements, fueling their success and leaving a lasting impact in the data-driven world;
- Play a key role in the leadership team, shaping future strategies and **charting the course for growth**;
- Collaborate closely with senior management and experts to **define an authentic roadmap** for long-term success;
- ** Representing Datashift** and our data governance domain with genuine passion and expertise.
**Your qualifications**
- **6 to 10 years op experience** in consulting, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles witch commercial responsibilities and client management expertise;
- Proven succes in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
- **Excellent leadership**, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Master Degree in the field of Informatics, Business Economics, Civil Engineering or Information Management;
- Fluent in **Dutch** and/or French and English
