Joining Datashift means being part of a team of entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about data and who have the know-how to deliver great results for our clients. We are looking for an **AI governance consultant** who will act as business partner in responsible AI for our clients.

**Your responsibilities**

As an AI governance consultant, you will:

- Develop and implement AI governance strategies to ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI governance practices into the design and development of AI solutions;
- Assess the accuracy, fairness, transparency, and robustness of AI solutions;
- Identify and resolve potential risks associated with AI technologies;
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on AI governance best practices and industry standards;
- Stay updated on trends in AI governance, sharing insights and knowledge with internal teams;
- Act as a thought leader on Responsible AI, promoting awareness and understanding of ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.

**Your qualifications**
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT consultancy environment;
- A first hands on experience with LLM’s;
- Privacy experience is considered a plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- The ability to work independently with strong client facing skills;
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch is considered a plus.
