Your journey with us

It starts in our Talent Acquisition team which is in full expansion. We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer:

• You are responsible for the first contact and sourcing of senior and management profiles.
• You become an expert on LinkedIn Recruiter and build your network.
• You build relationships with your stakeholders (hiring managers + recruiters) and are not afraid to challenge them and/or the job requirements.
• You become a trusted advisor for the hiring managers and recruiters.
• You are actively involved in the business touchpoints with the hiring managers.
• You participate in projects such as: CRM lead management, recruitment marketing, and events.
• You gain expertise in your candidate market, remain informed about the latest trends, and are in the driver seat for market and industry intelligence.
• You manage the prescreening calls.
• As a team player, you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment Team.

Let's talk about you

• You have a bachelor's/master's degree and a minimum of 1 relevant experience (internship).
• You have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• You are a dedicated and curious sourcer who loves to dig deeper to find the perfect match.
• You are not afraid to call candidates and do a phone screening.
• You think strategically and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills in Dutch and English.
• You have an open, assertive, and diplomatic personality and you are able to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization.
• You are flexible, like to act proactively, and have the ability to work in a changing environment.
• Experience in professional services is an asset.
