**About the role**

You will: (Main responsibilities)
- Work with Hiring Managers supporting their recruitment activity
- Taking job briefings, creating engaging job adverts and searching talent pools
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment partners ensuring that they have a good understanding of our employer brand
- Ensure all recruitment and associated documentation is legally compliant
- Actively look for different ways to attract talent (local marketing campaigns)
- Build relationships with local communities and/or colleges/universities as a source of recruitment
- Ensuring the recruitment process is ran in compliance with all appropriate legislation

What do you need to be successful in this role

About you
- Experience in managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment and selection processes in the industrial environment is desirable
- Proven recruitment experience from an agency or in-house background preferably within the construction and/or manufacturing sector
- To be a self-driven individual and eager to manage various priorities
- Must have strong coordination skills and experience working with recruitment partners
- The ability to work productively in a challenging and fast-pace environment
- Excellent communication skills, including the proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to travel between sites as needed within Belgium
- Language skills required: Dutch, English and French as an added-value
- Operational knowledge of MS Office with the willingness to learn other IT systems
