De Technical Services Representative heeft de verantwoordelijkheid voor het leveren van de juiste technische service aan de serviceactiviteiten in het land. Interne relaties omvatten TSR-teams en RTS / NTS-teams. Externe relaties omvatten klanten.

Verantwoordelijk voor installatie, onderhoud en reparatie van Xerox producten en systemen alsmede producten en systemen van derden waaronder hardware, software, netwerkproducten en besturingssystemen.
**Doel**:
Het onderhouden, oplossen en voorkomen van technische problemen, die worden gemeld door de gebruikers van Xerox-apparatuur ten behoeve van de optimale beschikbaarheid van machines in overeenstemming met contractuele verplichtingen van de klant. Het optimaliseren van de kosten in overeenstemming met de geplande doelstellingen en richtlijnen van Xerox.

- Verzorgen van serviceactiviteiten (incl. performance acties en onderhouds-/retrofits activiteiten) op een specifieke productgroep/familie.
- Het leveren van installaties van Xerox machines binnen overeengekomen klanttermijnen om te voldoen aan contractuele afspraken.
- Herkennen van zakelijke kansen/leads bij klanten en rapporteren via de juiste kanalen aan Xerox.
- Tijdige escalatie van technische problemen zoals gespecificeerd in de escalatie-procedure om de uitlooptijd van machines te mínimaliseren.
- Actief communiceren met collega's om technische informatie op de juiste manier te delen.
Zakelijke relaties met klanten beheren conform afspraken in hun contracten om de klanttevredenheid te optimaliseren.
