From their offices located in Jette, you will play a key role by working directly with the General Manager and other key stakeholders in order to improve performance and support the company's growth. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience with international exposure that provides growth opportunities. Your Tasks as Business Controller Act as the financial co-pilot of the business, supporting strategic decisions, ensuring financial accuracy, and helping steer sustainable growth. Become a key business partner to the General Manager, driving value through margin analysis and cost optimization. Lead the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring precision across all financial KPIs. Manage monthly closings and collaborate with accounting teams to deliver accurate IFRS reporting. Prepare and present performance reviews and business reports with actionable insights. Building advanced financial models and analyses using Excel and ERP tools to support decision-making. Your Profile as Business Controller Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (or equivalent) Minimum 5 years' experience in Controlling (ideally in a large company) Fluent in English and either French or Dutch. Knowledge of the other language is a strong asset. Knowledge of financial tools such as SAP and Power BI (or equivalent) Your Package as Business Controller An annual gross salary up to 85.000€ + Full Package Company car Laptop and company phone + membership Meal vouchers Group and Health insurance Be part of a large company that provides numerous opportunities for career development.
