La fonction offre une très belle exposition auprès de la direction, ainsi que des perspectives d’évolution réelles . 🎯 Votre rôle Vous intégrez le département Business Controlling composé d’un Manager et de deux Business Controllers. Suite à une mobilité interne, vous reprenez la responsabilité d’une Business Unit stratégique, en étant le partenaire financier direct des équipes opérationnelles. Vos responsabilités : Analyser les performances financières de votre Business Unit et challenger les résultats. Assurer le suivi du P&L , des marges, des gains et pertes clients. Être le point de contact chiffré pour le management et les responsables opérationnels. Produire des reportings réguliers et analyses ad hoc. Suivre les KPI liés à l’activité, aux projets et à la croissance. Contribuer aux exercices budgétaires et révisions de forecast. Comprendre le terrain : visites sur d’autres sites en Belgique + 1 déplacement/mois au Luxembourg. Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité, transparence et intégrité dans les données. Agir en véritable sparring partner : oser dire non, argumenter, conseiller. 👤 Profil idéal 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en Business Controlling ou en Audit externe (Big 4 ou équivalent). Proactif(ve), curieux(se), capable d’aller chercher l’information. Humble, sociable, communicatif(ve), avec une intégration facile dans une équipe bienveillante. Capable de travailler de manière autonome et structurée. Solides compétences analytiques et sens du business. Excellente maîtrise du néerlandais (obligatoire – niveau natif/C1). Bon niveau en français ou anglais . La connaissance de SAP est un plus. 🎁 L’offre Un package complet et attractif : Salaire brut entre 3.500€ et 4.500€ (selon expérience). Voiture électrique ou budget mobilité (non mentionné dans l’annonce publique sauf souhait). Bonus annuel (target). 13e mois. Écochèques . 145€/mois de frais nets . Assurances groupe (20%) & hospitalisation. Horaires flexibles – 37,5h/semaine. 27 jours de congé . Télétravail possible ponctuellement (présence régulière attendue au siège). Bornes de recharge au bureau & possibilité d’installation à domicile. Réelle évolution possible vers un rôle senior ou direction financière à moyen terme.
