Strelia is Looking for an Executive Assistant – Brussels Office Are you an experienced and highly organized professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic business law firm? Strelia is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Brussels office and support our team with essential administrative and organizational tasks. Your Profile Immediate availability Experience in a law firm, with familiarity with the activities and markets of a business law firm Native French speaker, with excellent command of English and excellent command of Dutch Proficient in IT and online office tools, particularly Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented Strong sense of service, confidentiality, and professionalism Flexible and team-oriented, while also capable of working autonomously and managing multiple tasks proactively Your Role As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our Brussels office by handling: Agenda management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings Email and correspondence handling in a proactive manner Meeting and conference call organization Timekeeping and invoicing preparation Document management, including formatting reports, correspondence, and legal documents Telephone reception and processing PowerPoint presentation preparation General administrative and organizational tasks Managing signatures, legalizations, and apostilles for relevant documents Liaising with service providers, such as notaries, banks, and domiciliation agents What We Offer A convivial, entrepreneurial, and multicultural work environment that values diversity, talent, and proactivity Attractive remuneration, based on experience and profile A healthy work-life balance Interested?
