About the role This internship is directly attached to the Founder and CEO, who runs our global practice. As his direct assistant in Brussels, you will support him on: - New business development, engaging with prospects around the world across various functions (hiring managers, HRs, Talent teams, CEOs, etc)- Prepare commercial proposals and pitches - Candidate searches around the world and across our various functional specialties - All sorts of online communications, including high level interviews with recognised executives - Candidate interviews and report preparation - Post recruitment follow ups and communications - New market openings and budgeting About you You offer the following attributes: - Master's Degree in Business or equivalent - Flawless command of English, additional languages are a strong asset - A dynamic personality, extra miler, who gets stimulated by challenging tasks - Excellent communication both orally and in writing - A sharp commercial acumen, with a high level of resilience - Social and eager to interact with unknown people - Can read people, in a sales pitch or in a job interview with a candidate - No 9 to 5 mentality What we offer - Work in a dynamic, fast moving consulting firm - Learn about best practices in multiple areas: from sales to recruitment, through public affairs, communications, regulatory, etc - Join an ambitious group at the highest level, directly working hand in hand with our Founder & CEO - Operate with a high level of trust and autonomy on important matters - Join a group that is starting its growth phase internationally with a strong scaling potential Applications over email To Jason Descamps at jason.descamps@mavence.com Please make sure you attach your CV and a cover letter highlighting your motivations for the role and the company.
