In Brussels, we are currently looking for a Sales Specialist with a focus on our Partner Monday.com to join our team How You'll Make an Impact 1. Business Development in BENELUX Identify, target, and qualify new business opportunities across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Build and manage a dedicated Monday.com sales pipeline. Lead active prospecting (calling, emailing, networking, LinkedIn outreach, events). Deliver solution presentations and demos together with internal experts. 2. Partnership Development with Monday.com Establish, negotiate, and finalize partnership contracts with Monday.com. Act as the primary point of contact between our company and Monday.com's partner/channel teams. Participate in co-selling programs, partner meetings, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Track partnership KPIs and reporting requirements. 3. Sales of Monday.com Solutions & Client Engagement Understand client needs and build tailored offers combining licenses + services. Collaborate closely with our certified consultants to prepare accurate proposals and solution scopes. Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to negotiation and closing. Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams for project execution. 4. Market Insights & Strategic Support Conduct competitive and market analysis in the BENELUX region. Provide feedback and insights to refine our commercial strategy. Contribute to the creation of the regional sales plan (go-to-market roadmap). What You Bring Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably within SAAS Solutions. Networking: Valuable network within the BENELUX market and a proven track record of establishing and nurturing client relationships. Sales Methodology: Familiarity with popular sales methodologies like BANT, MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar approaches to effectively manage sales cycles. Languages: Fluent in English and French.
