Fujitsu BeNeLux is looking for an Alliance Partner Specialist to support and grow our partnerships with ServiceNow and SAP. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their alliance, sales operations, or partner management career who wants to grow into a more strategic partner-facing role. You will start by managing the operational foundations of our partner programs (deal registration, compliance, reporting, certifications) and gradually take on more GTM and strategic responsibilities as you develop. You will work closely with senior alliance leads for ServiceNow (focus) and SAP, who will coach and support you in your development. What You Will Do Partner Program Operations (baseline) Manage deal registrations in partner portals (ServiceNow, SAP). Track partner certifications and support training coordination. Ensure Fujitsu meets partner program requirements and compliance rules. Maintain accurate reporting on partnership KPIs, pipeline, and activities. Support audits, documentation, and process updates. Partner Collaboration Coordinate with sales, delivery, marketing, and global/regional teams to collect required partner information. Act as a day-to-day contact for operational matters with ServiceNow and SAP. Growth & GTM Support (as you develop) Assist with co-marketing and joint activities (events, webinars, workshops). Support account mapping sessions and joint planning meetings. Help identify opportunities to strengthen and grow the partnership. Over time: contribute to GTM motions and strategic initiatives with guidance from senior alliance leads. Who You Are Must-Haves 1–5 years of experience in partner management, sales operations, alliances, business development, or a similar coordination role. Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to manage processes with accuracy. Comfortable working with data, reports, and structured partner requirements. Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) in English. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and build positive working relationships. Interest in learning about the ServiceNow and SAP partner ecosystems. Knowledge of Dutch or French AND English Nice-to-Haves Experience with CRM or partner portals (e.g., Salesforce, PRM tools). Exposure to IT services, consulting, or cloud/digital transformation environments. Prior experience with ServiceNow or SAP environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
